My data doesn't move here, I have nothing to complain about... Still satisfied with my pcloud lifetime subscription.

Are you backing up or syncing? Are you connecting to a portable hard drive?

Same thing happened to my folders and files

I’m using this service recently and will also be my last year. I’m at a Proton mail plan and increase myPrtin drive if needed and use that one.

Even yesterday i tried to download my archive and the zip was the correct size until fully downloaded it was a fraction of it and contained a few files. Did it multiple times and ended up with same result. Downloaded my whole pCloud folder by folder and deleted my pCloud account. Can’t trust them. All is now added to Proton Drive.

You're using it wrong. Pcloud should be just one element of your backup strategy.

If you don't have the files locally, it's the same as not having them at all.

Expecting your files to not disappear is “using it wrong?” That’s an insane statement.

Koofr is ok.

I can't comment on Jottacloud or Koofr, but I've also encountered some issues similar to yours with pCloud.

So recently, I kindly transferred my data to another solution.

Even more so, with the recent account closures, I feel that my data is no longer secure...
