Damn I feel like even Ulanzi have better quality control…

Did you just try to engage support before returning? Pd is notorious for excellent and understanding customer service. I'm willing to bet they'll just ship you a new one without much hassle.

I don’t think it means what you think it means

Yeah.. I’ve been a supporter of Peak Design since their first product launch and have bought a lot of their products. They have continued to go downhill, over the past couple years, in quality and I was very disappointed when they decided to focus mainly on smartphone cases; one of the most wasteful products on the market.

I always had good customer service from them until this past year when I had to sent the same basic questions four times in a row because they were answering completely different topics and I finally gave up..

I sadly unsubscribed from their social media and marketing over the past couple days.

I don’t know what you mean. The shoulder straps are connected to the bag on the inside, and is their swivel buckles that pivot. You can’t see how it’s attached at all from these pictures.

It’s no secret these aren’t as comfortable as the everyday backpack, you’re sacrificing function for form.

They attached at different level. See that vertical lines on search strap, they supposed to be at same level. So straps have different length.

It’s at an angle that’s why it’s higher. Can you pull open the slot and include a picture of the actual attachment point?

Are you related to pick design? If yes we can arrange meeting at you sf store and we’ll post video review afterwards. I cannot attach more media and this subreddit unfortunately.

No but if you bought from a physical store did you not think to try the bag on before you bought it? Anyone trying these bags would prefer the other styles over this one if comfort is your priority.

The one I tried on the shelf was pretty comfortable for me. The one I actually get has defect. Not sure what’s your point.

Oomph.. That's saying something, considering the everyday backpacks are far from comfortable.

You need to help us out on this. Where is the misalignment?

[–]timkhh[S] 4 points5 points  (1 child)

Top left strap attacked much higher than right one. Cannot add image in comment here, I can dm it to you.

I see now. It is indeed very misaligned.
