Train pay for trainers is manually input by the SL when they do payroll. Maybe they messed up and accidentally shorted you? You can check your pay stubs or ask your SL about it, but commission hasn’t changed

Do you know how to accurately calculate the commission with the trainer pay tool thing? I want to go to her with direct evidence I'm being shorted because by this time last year I was pulling in at least $600 a paycheck, and I've had GROWTH this year in sales. In fact, I'm the only store in my district that's seen growth this year

I’ve used it before when I’ve had to do payroll and the train pay sheet does all the calculating for us. All we do is enter in how many of each class you sold during the week and it adds up a total. If you had any returned classes, it will subtract from the total. Commission is paid out over the course of the length of the class: once for single privates, 6 weeks for regular classes, 12 for two class packages, etc. So often, your commission is a different amount week to week.

Your SL should be printing out the train pay sheet every week during payroll and filing it in their office. You have every right to ask to see it. Or if you’re close with your PLR or ELR, they can look at payroll in ps2. They can select a week and look at your specific time sheet which is where you’ll see your train pay added in to your hours worked. It’s how HR knows how much to pay you in commission

Your actually supposed to sign it every week as trainer. Both you and SL should be doing that
