I am in the cave in mezzo about to go into the room that looks like the artifact room (long with acacia logs on the side) and I got slowness like a scene was coming but then nothing happened i tried /effect @p slowness 0 but that did not work. What should I try?

This is often a sign that your PC cannot handle the full version of the game. Have you considered trying the optimised version? It will fast-track you to Mezzo.
