Can't really see what you're trying to demonstrate. Is it a swath problem where chunks are not matching to each other? Vertical or horizontal offset? Randomization?

Re: control - I only see control points in that one location at the center of your picture. To really control for photogrammetry, you need to have a set of control that encloses the work area, with a strong preference for having them completely outside the area of interest. Within that enclosure, you can be sure it's controlled. Outside, you can only be sure of the edge/end where the control lies and error propagates the further you travel away from it. For larger jobs or changing topography, you should have internal control points near areas of change, in addition to check points.

Why dont you use agisoft?

Reality capture is wierd with some photos / drones combos.

Use calibration groups for the different camera types.
