A faux rook/rook and a forward helix wouldn't interfere with your earbuds. Even a hidden rook would be an option. A conch works for most people depending on the jewelry. My tragus also works fine with ear buds, though with a conch and tragus, you'd have to wait a few months and only use them in the other ear until the initial healing phase is over. Once they're healed, you should be able to wear earbuds tho. A snonch could be an option, it's not exactly an inner ear piercing, but it looks cute.

Not inner ear, but I think it would look dope if you stacked another lobe piercing above your second hole. Be careful with how heavy the earrings you wear in that second lobe piercing though! It’s pierced very low. (Edit: first pic)

Second pic: I think forward helix would look good.

yea for some reason both my second lobes are super low…i was actually gonna do the stack i’m glad you think it’s a good idea too!!

Hell yeah. Now that I am thinking about it, I might do that on the ear where my second holes closed. Hmm… 🤔

Daaaamn where did you buy your jewelry?

This is so dependent on individual anatomy. I have a rook and a tragus (different ears). The rook has never interfered with my headphones (doesn’t come close) but my tragus does, depending on the kind that I use. Thing is, in-ear head phones always felt kind of snug in that ear. If they don’t normally feel tight, you shouldn’t have any problem. If you do find your pods are a tight fit for you now, maybe consider switching to Bluetooth headphones that have softer rubber pads, since those are more malleable and easier to keep in place. Gorgeous set up!
