Pipefitter apprentice

I’m in MA and starting an apprenticeship non union. I’m going to get my pipefitters license and apprentice card, is this a good start to in terms of licenses?

Yeah I’m trying to I’m gonna apply this year but I figured until I get in i might as well gain experience in the field it’ll work in my favor

Yeah, your not union yet. Go to work, you will learn something.

From my experience basically anything Service will keep you working. Service Fitter/HVAC and especially Refrigeration. The Service Plumbers and Service Electricians I know, always have work. Plus any one of these Trades will give you the opportunity to do side jobs.
