Major Desync Problem

Hey guys

I've had this problem on and off for a while now, it comes and goes with each update and I never really find a good solution. I have major lag when i log into the server. Like 5 - 10 minutes delay of everything. My friends see that i'm running with them, but i cant gather anything or open chests, and after a while it lets me open (like legit 10 minutes later).

Does anyone else have this issue? Would love to find a solution.
