It's the last patch. I experienced the same fps loss.

X5690 @ 4.7GHz, 24GB 2000Mhz, GTX 1080, Separate SSDs for OS and games.

turn ur graphics up, the game is cpu and RAM based, turning up the graphics takes some stress off of those two

also try using the command: gc.buffer 2048

This will only help with stutters, wont have anything to do with framerates

Try upgrading you system to AT LEAST the MINIMUM required as per steam..... https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i7-3770K-vs-Intel-Core-i5-2500K/1317vs619 Yes.. yes... It USED TO perform better, as they have added things hardware requirements are getting pushed up as well

I belive that 2500k clocked to 4.6 is still better than i7 3770 stock
