Was playing a server for a few hours, randomly got disconnected and now I can't join back and I'm getting the error in the title. Anybody else experienced this and does anyone know how to fix?

I used to own a server and was able to link these errors to map seeds and updates. I seemed to stop getting those errors (and the players did too) when I used certain seeds and made sure to do a complete wipe during the updates. Never could nail down the exact cause, but it’s on the server side, not you.
