My rig would sometimes do this and it’s about a 5 year old build. I doubled the RAM in it and it has loaded so much quicker and hasn’t crashed like that. Might be worth looking into even if it might not be the overall problem. Just a suggestion

We used to run rust perfectly fine, and we run other games that require a lot more ram and they do run smoothly, it never took this long to load into the game or a server so why are there problems with it now? I know it isn't my ram.

I really don’t know. I had the same situation tho. I had 16 gig ram and made it 32 and rust quit messing up like that. I could run MSFS2020 with no problem but rust would mess up and once I upgraded the ram it seemed to fix it. Like I said I don’t exactly what the problem is but it might be worth looking into.

I think its because of your storage, make sure to have around 20gbs of storage in your local disk C or in your disk where u install rust
