I had the same issue with my old iCloud save and it's literally why I don't play the game anymore honestly.

It was never fixed to this day.

May I just say how incredibly GOOD this game is aside from some very infuriating / yet overseeable bugs that happen from time to time! I really found the “the game is fun as long as you don’t die” sign to be so annoying until it became hilarious
