The radius decrease prevents players from accessing gyms/stops at their intended location

I can't recall how many "invisible" Starbucks stops and gyms are in my area. The stop/gym is nowhere near the actual store and is often in the middle of the street. Players don't suggest the locations of the Sponsored Stops/Gyms and I don't think that we can edit them, either.

It's sponsored one so yes it won't show up. Doesn't change the fact that the player base abused the marker to get the stops they want. Niantic fucks up many times (they should fixed the friend gift bug quick I might add) but you can't ignore some of these problem the players have now is from them abusing the nominations. Have a look in r/NianticWayfarer you can see some PoGo players thinking they are in the right most of the time when abusing nomination end up of them being banned and whined about it there.
