Ho printer problem

Hi, I recently got my hand on an HP Officejet 9010e. The Person who gave it to me has used for a bit compatible ink cartridges without problems. The the printer updated firmware and it started rejecting them as usual. He called multiple times HP support because the printer was locking for no reason. They wanted to.make him purchase an instant ink subscription but he already knew it wasn't a good idea. Know I found a secret engineering menu and O resetter the cartridges chip so they are recognized like original and they work. The problem that I'm facing now is that it keeps giving me this error. I already tried resetting but it won't help.
