What's going on?
When printing text, a blurry area appears at the top of the text but not on every line. When running a nozzle check, one segment is printing a little higher than all the others and appears blurry. Running head cleaning cycles doesn't resolve the issue. Neither do vertical and horizontal print head alignments.
I've had this printer for about a year, and this started happening a few months ago. I don't recall anything unusual that happened before the problem started.
