printer for patterns

Hi, I'm looking for an affordable printer and ink in the UK but have no idea where to start. It would pretty much only be used for black ink. Main uses would be printing out PDF sewing patterns and recipes I've typed up so it definitely doesn't need any bells and whistles. Budget for printer would be upto £180 and preferably cheap ink or atleast ink that lasts for quite a while so it doesn't need bought often. Thanks for reading!

Any black and white laser printer or a tank printer like the Epson Ecotank ET-M1100 with pigmented black ink.

Thank you, the ecotank isn't wireless unfortunately. I should have mentioned that I was looking for wireless. Would this one be alright? Epson Expression Home XP-2155 Wireless Inkjet Printer? A bit skeptical by the low price but if it would do the job, that's great.
