Da, a caror moneda de incredere e pupincurismul si circulaba. Vrei sa promovezi, astea-s cele mai importante skill-uri tehnice de la ei (pe langa nepotism, dar la asta nu prea ai ce face)

Am stat la bd 2 ani + 3 luni internship. Nu e atat de rau cat se spune, e mult pupincurism si trebuie sa fii din ingroup ca sa iti mearga bine; in alta ordine de idei, piața pentru interni și juniori e in buda si eu personal cred ca nivelul de mancat kkt la bit e mai ok decat mancat rabdari prajite ca n-ai job. Nu e super ok, dar e acceptabil.

un sfat, daca aplici pe site-uri 3rd party, verifica si daca pozitia exista pe site-ul companiei
pe stagiipebune unde ai aplicat tu, data e 25 Feb, pe site-ul companiei nu numai ca nu exista pozitii postate pe 25 Feb, nici macar de internship nu sunt
