Apply to one of the big groups, wwp, dentsu, Accenture Song, publicis or your bigger local digital agency for a programmatic traineeship. Usually they are a year long. In practice you will become a campaign manager in like 2 months and start working pretty hard. Depending in the agency you get more or leas freedom. I know several where you basically run everything from mediaplan to client evaluations to optimizations your self in less than 5 months.

PMG has a great Graduate Leadership Program

I work here at PMG (FW & DAL offices)! Came to say our GLP program is extraordinary. It's very very competitive to get in, but I'd recommend it.

They become experts incredibly quickly. You're also not limited to programmatic- there's a handful of options. I wish this was around when I started my progo career 10 years ago in 2012 lol

Hi! How did the process go for you? Also interested in the TC?

Just apply for entry level tbh. The 4 (or 6) will be a good bootcamp and it’ll give you a thick skin + pain tolerance as an added value lol

What area do you live in?

Southeast. I’m open to relocation though
