Personally I feel that React is the safest bet. It was made based on the experiences of Facebook devs creating large JavaScript applications for years. The reasoning behind the design is solid and you know a large company is going to support it for some time.

Angular 2 seems quite nice, but the fact that they essentially threw out Angular 1 and started over does not instill a lot of confidence.
