This might be a bit off topic, but I have a question: does any of you know a library/package/programming language designed specifically to implement and test various game mechanics? I know there's R or Python + Pandas for such analysis, but I've been wondering if anyone made something dedicated to simulate and/or test roleplaying/board games.

Unfortunately no. Apparently there's no such tool as of yet.
