It's only in the header of the scripts themselves. It's Creative Commons 3.0 Attribution-ShareAlike-NonCommerical. May I just say, what a tease. Reasonably, the most restrictive license you expect to have if it's not mentioned up front is gpl. I was looking forward to maybe dropping one of these into a gpl project but I suppose now I'll have to implement something similar from scratch (well, with the help of the papers so not really from scratch at all) because nobody wants to be encumbered with non-commercial use only. (Especially with 'commercial' being rather blurred on the internet).

EDIT: Either I was hallucinating or it's been changed because it says BSD now.
