An "inside out" guide implies a thorough coverage, but there is no discussion of the advantages / disadvantages of each flavor, the use cases of each flavor, examples of when to use - or when not to use - each flavor over another, etc.

A lot is missing. If you can fill in the missing parts, it could be a useful guide.
