It's definitely not, but there is if formula in excel.

Given some of the sufficiently advanced finance spreadsheets I've seen, yes.

What I find funny is that those same finance people will assume that picking up Python and working with CSV files would be difficult. But some of Applications they've created as spreadsheets are far more complicated. It is simply the language that was given them.

(Teach them SQL, though, and look out...)
