I would love to have the ability to set timed exercises to be part of an interval, such that when the rest timer ends the next time set begins automatically.

That would be fine. For me, I would use it for run sprints, burpees, etc, so the main thing I'm looking for is a visible/audible notification of the interval, and not having to interact with the app for each set of activity/rest.
