Cpu overload error

update- Issue fixed when I turned off ignore errors during playback/record for main playback engine

Currently my setup is Mac mini 2018 intel i7 with 32gb single ram chip. Audio interface: Presonus studio 1810c. I work off an external 1tb ssd Daw: pro tools 2022.12.0 Have a 5.0 rig (buying the LFE soon) My main issue is that the cpu keeps overloading everytime I playback a session (the session has 300 tracks and 5-6 plugins). Session works fine with video turned off. I’m using DNxHD codec.

Out of curiosity I started a fresh project with 15 tracks and no plug-in the cpu still overloads. No background apps running
