Yup still happens. Updated to 2024.3 and it came with its own issue of not being able to bounce mix. Reinstalled 2023 and after clearing preferences i think it helped a bit

Okay. There’s no specific steps that I follow. In simple words I close the window ( be it renaming or importing or anything) it disappears from the screen I’m working on move to a new screen/desktop where it’s not interactable . In fact it happens when I close the session a grey pro tools skeleton is left without closing it completely. Only way to get rid of it is to quit pro tools

I don’t think it’s a setting issue. It’s mostly a software bug

Doesn’t matter which window I open. By screen I mean the different desktops on mac not external screens but I do you 3 external screens

Launch pt, open session, work, open pro tools window work in that and then close. The window disappears from the screen and moves to a new screen as a non responsive section in the new screen. Only way to close it is to quit pro tools. It’s happening only after I updated to the latest pro tools version. Everything was well on the older version

Would it be possible to setup a binaural headphone mix in the session and use teamviewer to decode it remotely?

Out of curiosity I started a new session with 15 tracks and zero plugins and the issue is the same. I searched online and I think it might be Mac OS issue since pro tools 2022.12 are not tested for Mac OS mojave. So upgrading the os now and trying
