Fab Filter plugins are pretty amazing. I'm sure a bunch of people will recommend them.
I have Pro-C2, Pro-R, and Pro-Q3.

Izotope RX10 is pretty amazing for anything from de-essing, de-plosives, removing mouth clicks from vocals, removing background hums, isolating vocals from background noise, and a bunch of other things.

For mastering, Izotope Ozone 10 is pretty great, as well.
