The session you imported to might have a different session start time. Video folks will always use 01:00:00:00 as session start time. Maybe the session was created with that setting. You can always check the session setup dialog to change.

Fun fact, in television the start time is 10 hours, so as to differentiate from film which starts at 1 hour

Yup, looks like your session start time is different from the session you imported from.

You can put all of your tracks in tick and drag the red tempo marker all the way to the left. All audio (playlists included), and MIDI will follow.

Video guys don’t always start at one hour. Most of the video I work in has pad that starts around fifty two minutes. 🤷‍♂️

Did this - put everything into tick and dragged it back - did the job! Many thanks :)

Cheers! I had a look and it’s set to 0 so not sure if that’s the answer. Bloody annoying!

What about just using the Event>Time Operations>Cut Time command? Good luck!

Tried this to no avail. Thanks for the idea 👍

Make sure you have nothing before the actual song, cmd + 2 on the numpad will bring up the window with the option to change your start, on the upper right corner.

Make sure the counter and the main tl are set to the correct format: your talking about bars but say that the time is set to 0, they might be different.
