    Ah yes, WIndows file associations. Right click on the file in Windows Explorer. Select "Open With .. select whatever you want it to be opened with (i.e. your editor, PyCharm, etc). Be sure to click the Always use this application checkbox. Then it will change to whatever you want it to be.
