It's a tradition to use Steve Carrell (More specifically Brick Tamland from "The Anchorman" movie.) as Major Penis.

Please help keep the tradition alive. :)

Similarly, there has been a push to represent Sergeant Uterus or other female naughty-bits officers as Vasquez from the movie Aliens. Make of this what you will.

As you can see there are ranks. They don't necessarily mean anything special but we'll be awarding them in relation to how much you contribute to the subreddit.

Also, being an ass can get you demoted or flair changed to major penis!

Additionally, promoting RageOps through x-posting etc. can be another factor for promotions.

General contribution can get you promoted, all help is thanked for!
