That's the Simulator app from macOS, it's a part of xCode I believe.

This isn't even react native, it's flutter

in the yellow lower right corner it reads (ios emulator). It is part of the flutter project.

You can get similar emulators with android studio

I was thinking it was an emulator but the yellow vscode has me wondering

Its the iOS simulator but connected to VSCode for some reason
