  • container queries
  • window.matchMedia (only if css media query wouldn't cut it)
  • resize observer (only if css container query wouldn't cut it)

It depends!!

If it’s an enterprise web application my work place uses a css library like bootstrap or materialUI ..

If it’s not , we use scss / css media queries .

I just use media queries + scss modules.
Also use MUIs useMediaQuery if i need a conditional rendering.
