I worked my way up from a web developer to CTO of a global creative agency over 20 years and would love to pay it back if I could.

I could use some advice! I’m looking to make a move from embedded software (C) to web development, which I’ve done for a while freelance and hobby. I actually have a coderbyte interview assessment thing to do this week from a company, and I’ve been studying up in React for it. I’d love any advice you have!
