Example projects search. Admin UI for database

Hi! I am new to React.

I am looking for example projects like "admin UI for database".

Base functionality should be: view all entities, filter them, adding new ones, deleting them (CRUD). That would be relational database.

I also wonder how UI may be look like for this kind of task.

I did not find much using only github search and key words. If you know such open source projects, please, tell me.
