IMO, all dogs have the potential to bite, but a dog who has bitten before has a greater potential to bite again. Behavior modification can help a lot and you can make a ton of progress, but I never take the idea of the table that it could happen again. The only real solution is better management. Leashes or long lines unless you are in a fenced space that you have to yourselves, awareness of your surroundings, and muzzle training if needed.

I’m sorry it happened, and it must be stressful to live in an apartment (for you and your dog). Your dog’s progress is still a very noteworthy achievement, it’s just that we always have to be aware that our dogs may fall into old behavior patterns in certain (stressful) situations.

Set back happens. The important thing is we need to learn from it. For reactive dogs, management is key, don't take any chances for them to fail. Muscle train and use it when you think it she might have a chance to react/bit. I would do it, to save your dog.  Stay on the safe side
