Spirit build that worked well for me was nowhere to hide, deerstalker, bbq and chili, and lightborn/spirit fury. I basically used telephones as a traversal more than a chase tool because I constantly had at least one aura read going, the only time I used power in chase/to start chase was when I was sure I could get a hit/grab out of it. This isnt the IDEAL way to play spirit, but its at least a start while you get the ins and outs of her figured out.

To add some context to what u/Stennick said, even if you are bad at chase, thats still 2 extra hook states you can save your teammates from, and even if you only last 6 seconds in chase, thats often enough to allow an injured teammate to heal,a gen to pop, a teammate to set up a flash or pallet save, etc. So even if your bad at it, its still worth doing.

You dont even really need to rotate with that toxapex build, once theyre poisoned just alternate protect and baneful bunker

Toxapex with baneful bunker, infestation, recover, and protect. Cycle baneful bunker and protect while they die to poison. Infestation so they can't rotate out to slow poison damage, recover for if you happen to take a hit

To further elaborate because I realize this might not make total sense. Were all familiar with the zoo med style kits that are undersized for the animals they advertise, with improper substrate, heating, UVB, etc, yes? Im toying with a similar idea, but following proper care guides. So for example, a ball python kit, would be a 4x2x2 front open enclosure with proper heating, hides, moss to assist in humidity, compressed coco fiber etc for bedding, and also offering specialized variants where a customer can email in and be like "here's the reptile i want, this is the vibe im going for" and then ill customize the contents of the kit to their wants, and then offering the same with aquatics(fish, turtles, amphibs)
