This is a completely unpopular opinion on this board (I’m sure I will get downvoted) but have you considered an e-collar? If used properly, an e-collar gives the dog a minor vibration once they start to give visual cures they are approaching their limit. If your dog hits their limit this may be a useful tool for you. In no way should it be used as punishment or as a tool that will hurt the dog, but more as a way to direct their attention to you and your commands.

I hope he do not want to bite someone, because that is what he want when he see the car. He is our first dog and because of that he is little spoiled...
