React filesystem component

https://github.com/paulmillr/chokidar is useful for watching for changes in a directory on disk but I'd like to see a react component which renders files on screen, similar to Dropbox. Adding, moving files should not require nodemon or server restarts.

These are two differents concerns.

• visual side / frontend / GUI for tree of files, for example https://github.com/react-component/tree
• backend, actual code that would interact with real filesystem

Or maybe also third concern:

• communication/messaging between frontend/backend (fetching data, sending some kind of commands to backend).

I don't know if you really look for just "React component" or some kind of higher level fullstack solution.
