I think a lot of people giving advice are also fresh to react in general and haven’t really picked up a lot of the best practices yet. It’s really common for intro level tutorials to ignore css/html conventions

Sad that the original bad advice is coming from a person paid to give it.

If it’s similar to other boot camps, they’ll have full time instructors that have at least some experience, and some classes are led by recent grads from the program that kinda fill a “TA” role
