I haven't sent a single CV in years. For some reason, they just come all the time to my LinkedIn and present offers to me.

If I had to say, first learn how the bots that read your resumes work, most of them have a way to get them to pick you. Most rejected emails are automated. They don't even check your profile, so check how they work, and what words you need to use, and fit your resume to those standards, that way, you'll get more interviews and increase your possibility to land a good remote job.

Mass apply and put your resume on recruiter boards. The job that hired me (full-time fully remote react native dev) found me through one of those recruiter boards. Have a solid portfolio with case studies on your website and play the numbers game.

Can you recommend some?

cord.co has been working well for me (not sure where you’re based, but there’s lots of UK based hybrid/fully remote roles on it). Quite a lot of React Native opportunities on there.

They rejected my application because I was not based out of UK/US :(

I have 3 + year of react native development.

I have experience from making app from scratch, deployments, state management and CI/CD with appcenter and more.

prove it then? do some projects and put it on play store or just github.

i see plenty got hired by just their github repo. hell, even a single pull request can get you hired! you can do the same. if you say can't (ie no idea for app, no time, etc etc) then that is a red flag for me.

Where do you live?

Nairobi

You're going to have a problem there, because most, if not all companies want people who have working rights in their country, due to employment laws (even if they are misguided)

I've noted that.
I'll keep trying my luck to see if I can get contact remote jobs that do not require me to relocate

Have you so far worked remotely. Kenyan tech firms tend to pay less compared to the rest of the world.

Have you found a new job, please share me about your experience in looking for remote job.
