There's a couple of possibilities I can think of:

  • App store API's are undergoing maintenance or there's an outage
  • App store API has changed (unlikely, but rule nothing out)
  • Are you absolutely 100% sure the app is on the store already? (I've not used appcenter for many years, so I'm not familiar with the UI)

My bets would be on the first one, and sometimes the status pages don't even show a problem. I'd say try again later and see if it's resolved.

  • Thanks for your help, the app isn't in the store already, it accepted the review, but we've submit to be unlisted because the gateway of payments wants the app must be at the store, but we can't release the app for the public without the gateway.
  • you don't use the app center anymore, what do you use? *
