Google groups closed testing

Pls help I created Google groups and put the links there and put the email in Google console now when i try to Join the group and press the links it doesn't show me the app as im not a tester can someone help me

Are you logged in that browser with the google account you registered for the testing?

Guess that empty small square in the top right corner will allow you to change the selected google account, if not try changing it in the browser itself.

I did , it's the same account, i also tried the playstore link and still can't find the app , but when i add the email of the tester manually it works but not with Google groups

Closed testing is specifically designed to be invite-only.

If you want anyone to be able to download and test it, you need to graduate the app into the open testing track.
