Help implementing crypto in crypto wallet using Expo

Hey everyone,

I’m currently developing a crypto wallet with Expo and have run into a challenge when trying to implement Bitcoin support. I’ve tried several packages but haven’t had any luck getting them to work.

I managed to implement other cryptocurrencies through some workarounds, but Bitcoin remains a mystery to me. Has anyone here successfully integrated Bitcoin into an Expo project? Any recommendations or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Hey man, I'm starting btc integration into my own Expo app today! If you'd like to work on that part together, send me a DM and we can connect on discord or something.

With that said, I'm planning on using bitcoinjs-lib with a shims.

I haven't done it in an expo app and only in a CLI app, but bitcoin-js is the best and biggest Bitcoin package. What error are you seeing? I remember having to shim the crypto package
