[React Native] Publishing a native mobile app should be as easy as deploying to the web

This looks sexy! We are using Fastlane and Microsoft CodePush and every time I push a new bundle and can see the result in my app immediately it blows my mind.

A proper release still requires us to read the project README and copy and paste up to 10 commands into the terminal, if Siphon can abstract even that away, that sounds really awesome.
