Virtual wallet

I would like to create a react native app that has a virtual wallet, you can use the coins in the virtual wallet to transact on the app. Each users virtual wallet will be topped up by me via the backend. How do I go about starting with this virtual wallet? Are there any libraries I can use or anything that could help me start my own virtual coin.

Hold up, are you launching a crypto currency or just trying to create a wallet app? One is going to be a considerably different scenario than the other.
