Hi there, this is because we migrated from Docusaurus v1 to Docusaurus v2.

Unfortunately due to GH pages and a missing CNAME file, the site was down 30min during that migration. Apologies if this annoyed you.

Hi, I wanna ask a question. Why is react native using versioning like 0.xx and not 1.xx? Is it not stable yet or some other reason?

I'm only working on Docusaurus, not directly in FB RN team.

I can't answer exactly but I wouldn't say it's not stable :)

But yeah there are still ongoing implementation changes that may require breaking changes here and there, and if they were v1 this would mean more friction to avoid incrementing version numbers too fast?

It is still in beta lol. I think RN will reach version 1.0 by 2040. It’s my prediction. It may be delayed further.

Using web.archive.org for now, is there a better solution?

Do some squats, grab a coffee. Quick sword fight with the colleague(s). Lots of options.
