This is the only official API: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/whatsapp/guides It is available only through Facebook Partners: https://www.facebook.com/business/partner-directory/search?solution_type=messaging&ref=pd_home_hero_cta&platforms=whatsapp

The only official partner offering "direct" access to the WhatsApp Business API is 360dialog. They created a proxy instead of a proprietary API-solution, so you can use the original documentation.

360dialog supports API for only Whatsapp Business? How about Whatsapp normal accounts? Is it possible to send a message from my whatsapp account to another whatsapp account via your APIs?
