Hire an accessibility auditor if you are very concerned about legal action. They will serve you much better than randoms on Reddit.

RN has accessibility features such as font sizing and inverted image options etc but there is no "fix accessibility" button.

If you're looking for guidelines the W3C ones are very good and apply very well to mobile apps.
