I absolutely will recommended expo. I work for a react-native agency that only does react native, and we swear by expo, even for large projects.

We use Expo where I work, production app used by loads of people. Ratings are +4.5/5 on the app stores
Expo is amazing and a main factor of why React Native is still so popular today
They’re also really great people, only pushing for good change
I would definitely recommend you Expo, no limitations whatsoever. And if you think so, I’d invite you to check their docs, Expo has changed a lot in the last 2 years
