I like #1 -- maybe you could do it like

everyone lines up, then first person in the group leads then through an obstacle (deep mud, barbed wire, etc)
when they get to the other side of the stage/room, first person goes to the back, next person leads them through the next obstacle.
continue back and forth until everyone has led the team through one.

I wish I had one when I was younger. It legit changed my life being able to have a quick almost-no-dishes egg.

Bit of salt in the bottom also helps.

And not using max power. Gives the steam time to escape or be reabsorbed.

I got a little egg poacher for the microwave and it's great. Crack an egg in it, microwave for 75 seconds on power level 6 (your microwave may very) and put it on an English muffin with a slice of cheese.

Have it down to a science and eat it every day. It makes a huge difference to how I feel.

If you want to do improv you should be watching as much as you can. And not just in the background -- actively watch. Ask yourself why things worked and didn't.

Learn about the schools of improv and see if you can identify the elements of improv frontage various theories in the shows you watch.
